Pimento wood chunks are much bigger in size in comparison to our pimento wood chips. These burn and smolder for quite some time. You can use these pimento wood chunks in most smokers.  If you need larger pieces for commercial smokers then these are for you as well. The average sized chunk is between 3-6 inches in length.  Pimento wood chunks are used to smoke Jamaican jerk chicken, jerk pork, jerk shrimp and much more!  If you have been trying to figure out exactly how to get that true authentic Jamaican jerk taste you experienced on the island your search is over!
