PIMENTO BERRIES

Every year in Jamaica the fruits of the pimento tree are reaped which give you pimento berries.  Pimento berries or allspice berries are the main spice used to make authentic jerk.  Each order comes with 2 ounces of pimento berries. You can grind these up in a grinder or a mortar & pestle to create fresh allspice that is truly aromatic.
